Dan Coleman, Ph.D., CEO & Founder
A deeply experienced designer and educator, Dan has built strategy for Fortune 500 companies, led non-profits, for-profits, schools and universities, and served as a high school teacher, a college professor, and a grad school dean at schools like Andover, Stuyvesant, Bennington and Skidmore.
As a principal at Continuum—a global innovation and design consultancy—Dan partnered with senior leadership at firms including PepsiCo, BBVA, and Johnson & Johnson, helping clients build the capacity to innovate into their training, culture, workspace, and operations.
Dan has taught design and innovation at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Design, and Extension School, and served as a Visiting Researcher in Innovation Practice at MIT’s Teaching Systems Lab. He went to college at the University of Chicago and holds a Ph.D. in English from Cornell.

Former Director of Project Zero at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, Daniel Wilson currently serves as a Principal Investigator on projects ranging from the dynamics of collaboration and group learning, to the design of physical places that support learning, to the ways that adult learning and leadership unfold in the workplace.
Daniel also serves as the Faculty Chair of the Learning Environments for Tomorrow institute, a collaboration between HGSE and Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.
Since joining Project Zero as a researcher in 1993, Daniel has participated in dozens of research projects and collaborated with educators in a variety of countries and cultural contexts.
For 22 years, Thabiti served as Superintendent, Principal, and founding teacher at Codman Academy, leading the high-performing charter school in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood through its expansion from a high school to a K-12.
Managing against a 10M budget, he drove fundraising, developed and delivered on a series of strategic plans, managed board relations, focused professional development, and led the development of new buildings and green spaces.
Thabiti serves proudly on the boards of the American Repertory Theater, Young Man With a Plan, and Duet. He earned his BA from Brown University, an MA from Columbia University, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and Business School.
With over two decades of experience in schools and edtech, Dave has founded and led organizations, built cross-functional teams, and spearheaded large-scale research initiatives, always with a focus on equity, joy, and measurable impact for students and teachers.
As founder and CEO of TeachersConnect, Dave built a national platform for new teachers, scaling membership 25X and securing acquisition. At The Writers’ Express, he drove steady gains in program efficacy at scale, leading to an acquisition by Amplify Learning.
Most recently, Dave led strategic partnerships at Public Consulting Group, generating multimillion-dollar sales with large districts across the country.
Founder and Principal of Danger Fort Labs, Keith helps organizations like Harvard Business Review, Fidelity Investments and The Nature Conservancy navigate uncertainty, designing AI-driven experiments that rapidly build more adaptive, innovative cultures. Keith has taught Product Innovation at Harvard Business School, Olin College of Engineering—and on LinkedIn Learning, where he has over 80,000 students.
